Denmark Euro 2024 Squad

Denmark Team for Euro 2024 is out

Kasper Hjulmand Names 26-Man Squad

Key Players Miss Out

Denmark head coach Kasper Hjulmand has named his 26-man squad for this summer's Euro 2024 tournament in Germany. The squad includes a number of key players, such as Christian Eriksen, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, and Kasper Schmeichel.

However, there are also a few notable absentees from the squad. Christian Eriksen has slipped down the Old Trafford pecking order and is no longer a regular starter for Manchester United. Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has also struggled for form at Tottenham Hotspur this season and is no longer an automatic starter for the club. Thomas Delaney has been plagued by injuries and has not played for Borussia Dortmund since September.

Despite the absence of these key players, Denmark still has a strong squad and will be hopeful of making a good impression at Euro 2024. The team has a number of talented players, such as Mads Hermansen, Frederik Rønnow, and Kasper Schmeichel. They will also be confident of qualifying for the knockout stages, as they have been drawn in a relatively easy group.

The tournament will be held from 14 June to 14 July 2024. Denmark will play their first match against Finland on 14 June at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen.
