Italy reach Euro 2020 final after dramatic penalty shootout win over Spain
Italy have booked their place in the final of Euro 2020 after a dramatic penalty shootout win over Spain at Wembley on Tuesday.
The game finished 1-1 after extra-time, with Italy triumphing 4-2 on penalties.
Federico Chiesa gave Italy the lead in the 60th minute, but Alvaro Morata equalised for Spain just minutes later.
The game remained deadlocked throughout extra-time, with both teams having chances to win it.
In the penalty shootout, Italy's goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma saved two spot-kicks, while Jorginho scored the winning penalty.
Italy will now face either England or Denmark in the final at Wembley on Sunday.
