VfB Lübeck sporting director Rocco Leeser said the club is "in no rush" to make a decision. He said the club is "still looking at all of our options" and that "nothing has been ruled out at this point."
VfB Lübeck has been linked with a number of Innenverteidiger in recent weeks, including Jannik Rochelt, Marcel Correia, and Dominik Schmidt.
Rochelt is a 23-year-old who played for VfB Lübeck II last season. He made 25 appearances for the club and scored two goals.
Correia is a 26-year-old who played for TSV Havelse last season. He made 30 appearances for the club and scored three goals.
Schmidt is a 27-year-old who played for FC Energie Cottbus last season. He made 27 appearances for the club and scored one goal.
VfB Lübeck is expected to make a decision on Innenverteidiger in the coming weeks.
